Companion Care
Presence is the service.
Companion care is for clients who don't need hands-on personal care — yet. What they need is someone to keep the day moving along: a meal made, an errand run, a familiar face in the kitchen at lunch.
Our companion caregivers are paired by personality as much as by skill. We learn what your loved one likes to talk about, what they used to do for work, what they're proud of — and we send the right person.

Common questions
About our companion care service.
What does a typical companion visit look like?
A two-to-four hour window built around what the client enjoys. That might be a cup of tea and a chat, a walk around the block, lunch prepared together, a quick trip to the pharmacy, and tidying up before the caregiver leaves. Everything at the client's pace.
Can a companion caregiver also help with errands and shopping?
Yes. Grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, post office trips, and rides to appointments are all part of companion care. Our caregivers either drive your loved one in their own car or run errands solo if that's easier.
Are companion visits flexible — could it be just a few hours a week?
Absolutely. Many of our companion clients start with two visits a week. We can scale up or down as needs change. There's no long-term commitment required.
Do you match companions by personality or shared interests?
Yes — and we take it seriously. Before placing a caregiver, we ask about your loved one's background, hobbies, faith, language preferences, and personality. The right match is the difference between a service and a relationship.
